Membership Handbook


The purpose of this handbook is to explain in detail the benefits of your Eagle's Club, as well as, outline the rules and regulations associated with it. Booking Policy
All Eagle's Club members have a 14-day booking window to secure his/her tee time at the Eagle Glen Men’s Club rate:

Eagle's Club Rules, Regulations, and Events
Eagle’s Club Members are granted tee reservations every Saturday morning from 8:00 am – 9:00 am for use by Eagle’s Club Members only at a rate of $65.00 per player. Members may reserve their spot to play in a Saturday Eagle's Club events from 3 to 14 days in advance. The Eagle’s Club will host one (1) tournament monthly during the allotted Saturday times. The dates for the monthly Eagle’s Club Tournaments will be determined by the Eagle’s Club Committee and posted on the Eagle Glen Website. (http://www.eagleglengc.com)  Please contact Dan Flemming at www.eagleglenmc@adelphia.net to sign-up for all tournaments.  The monthly tournament entry fee is $90.00 per player ($50.00 green fees and $40.00 payout the green fee is augmented by Eagle's Club account to $55.00).

Saturday tee times that are not utilized by the Eagle’s Club as of 12:00 pm on the third day prior (Wednesday at 12:00 pm), will be deemed not in use, and therefore made available to the general public at the standard rack rate. Eagle Glen Golf Club reserves the right from time to time to restrict or to otherwise reserve the club facilities for such purposes as the Company deems appropriate including, without limitation, maintenance, tournament play, promotional activities and special events. At the same token, Eagle Glen Golf Club will allot more Saturday tee times to the Eagle’s Club if deemed that the original tee times does not suffice the need of the Eagle’s Club.

Cancellation Policy
Eagle Glen has a 24-hour cancellation policy for all tee times. Cancellations made inside of the 24-hour period will be charged to the guest’s credit card on file for the full rack rate at which that time was booked. This policy is inclusive of the cancellation of the entire foursome, as well as, the reduction in the number of players.

Dress Code

Proper attire is required at all times. Proper attire is deemed as all shirts having collars, shorts (Bermuda length) and/or slacks. Denim of any kind and color is prohibited, and soft spikes are required.

Eagle Glen Golf Club

General Club Policies

The Eagle Glen Eagle’s Club Golf Membership Plan
This annual preferred membership plan shall be limited to the first 300 members and will have annual membership fee of $180 per player. The membership fee is to be paid in full prior to membership being activated for the year commencing on October 1, 2006 and ending on December 31, 2007. This Club is not open to any Professional, including PGA, LPGA, KPGA, or any other Professional Golf Association.

*The membership and rates may be altered or canceled at the option of Troon Golf, Eagle Glen Golf or Empire Companies on a monthly basis with prorated refund of membership fee if program is terminated.

The Eagle's Club Non Golf Membership Plan
This annual membership will have annual membership dues of $75.00. This entitles the member to all the benefits of the Eagle's Club (discounts etc) but does not allow for green fee discounts.

Non-Equity Membership

Each member will be entitled to use the facility in accordance with the privileges granted by this agreement. Membership does not imply any right or privilege to participate in or to administer the Club’s business policies and does not create any ownership, vested or proprietary right of any kind in land, the facilities or its assets.

Eagle Glen Golf Club reserves the right from time to time to restrict or to otherwise reserve the club Facilities for such purposes as the Company deems appropriate including, without limitation, maintenance, tournament play, promotional activities and special events.

Eagle Glen Eagle’s Club Members will be required to comply with any club rules and all policies of Eagle Glen Golf Club. Any Eagle Glen Eagle’s Club Member who violates this agreement or otherwise engages in conduct detrimental to Eagle Glen Golf Club is subject to revocation of membership.

Alcohol Policy

Under no circumstances may alcohol that is not purchased in The Grille or on one of our Beverage Carts be brought onto the golf course property at any time. It is in violation of Eagle Glen Golf Club’s liquor license, and violators will be asked to leave the golf course with no refund, as well as a revocation of their Eagle Glen Eagle’s Club Membership. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased from the beverage cart if one so desires. Beverages may also be purchased in The Grille, but please keep in mind that glass bottles are not allowed on the golf course.
